Posture fitness classes combine yoga, Pilates, core training, body awareness, and breathwork. Techniques from the Postural Restoration Institute© (PRI), Egoscue Method©, and body conditioning are included.

With our organized categories, you can easily navigate through our library of classes and find the perfect workout to suit your needs. Each class is 60 minutes long, giving you ample time to fully immerse yourself in the exercises and reap the benefits.

Classes have variety!
Exercises are done in several positions (sitting, standing, kneeling, prone, etc.), and most classes include floorwork. Quite often modifications are provided if any of these positions are difficult for you. Likewise, progressions are frequently offered to increase the intensity of the movement.
Minimal equipment is needed, making it easy to do the classes even while traveling. And everyone can participate!
